LO5 - Be able to work to complete production of a music video (Post-production)

Edit Deadline: Midnight Friday 23rd January

You need to apply your research and pre-production planning to the creation of your music video. In other words, you now need to make your music video using all of the planning you have put into place. Your product must be completed for you to pass, but the more efficient and organised the process is and the better the quality of the video, the higher your grade will be.

The evidence you submit for this task will be:

Edit Decision List & Commentary
A list of shots used and ones discarded with supporting justification. You should also include regular screen grabs that document the editing process with a written outline of what you are doing; what editing tools you are using and for what purpose/effect.

Continued Audience Feedback
You should gain continuous audience feedback in order to ensure you are meeting audience expectations. You could ask students to feedback on post-it notes which you can then photograph and upload to your blog. You must ensure you respond to the feedback, discussing how you are going to improve your work accordingly.

A Finished Music Video
This should be uploaded to Youtube and then embedded in your blog as well as being burnt to disc.
